Role:

• To provide a clear communication route between the Strategy Group and the local community and stakeholders who will be affected by the changes proposed in order to transform Stratford upon Avon to World Class.
  
  
• To be a ‘sounding board’ for new ideas and provide constructive challenge as ideas are proposed, amended and subsequently implemented.
  
• To agree and support programmes of appropriate public consultation to ensure that stakeholders are engaged in the design and development of projects promoted by the World Class Stratford initiative. 
  
  
• Debate significant issues, as perceived by the local community, which relate directly to the projects included in the World Class Stratford initiative and provide observations on the ideas
  
• Advise the Strategy Group on communication of and consultation on the proposals
  
  
• Provide feedback on all aspects of proposals, including economic, environmental and related practical matters, with a view to minimising potential adverse effects on local residents and the business community.
  
• Act as an ambassador in the process of change by ensuring that the Forum’s activities and responsibilities are widely known to residents and businesses
